Female Customer Calling & Dealing Executive – Brightspots Car Studio, Rajkot

Brightspots Car Studio is looking for a confident and enthusiastic Female Customer Calling & Dealing Executive to join our team in Rajkot.

The candidate will be responsible for communicating with customers, handling enquiries, explaining car care and detailing services, and maintaining good customer relationships.

Freshers who are confident, have good communication skills and are willing to learn are welcome to apply.

Job Responsibility

• Make calls to customers and handle customer enquiries.
• Understand customer requirements and provide suitable information.
• Explain car detailing, ceramic coating, PPF and other services to customers.
• Follow up with interested and existing customers.
• Handle customer queries professionally.
• Maintain good customer relationships.
• Coordinate with the team for customer appointments and requirements.
• Support sales and customer dealing activities.
• Maintain proper communication and follow-up records.
